Customer IS responsible for: Unrelated interior damage during work; Costs of unforeseen extra roofing layers/conditions. Liability capped at contract amount. Default/Cure: Termination for breach allowed post notice/cure period. Contractor paid for completed work if terminated. Disputes: Resolved in Spokane, WA. Claims within 180 days of substantial completion. Prevailing party gets attorneys' fees. --- Bond Info: Registered WA (ALLPIR*784K3). $12,000 bond/deposit posted with state for breach of contract claims. Reg. valid until cancelled.
