Alpine Roofing did a phenomenal job replacing my roof after damage from multiple windstorms. The owner, Ben, went over and above helping me go through the process working with my insurance company and getting additional financial assistance from a separate company to help make the work truly affordable. Ben also took time to bring over shingle samples for me to choose from and even special ordered a new chimney cap since mine was lost in one of the windstorm. The crew was ontime, and worked very hard on a hot day, and went over my lawn 3 times to ensure they found all stray nails. I recommend Alpine Roofing very highly and have already recommended them to a coworker! Great prices, hard working crew and excellent customer service.

There was some damage done to my roof after a few windstorms that we've had here in the area. I contacted Alpine Roofing and got a quick response from both Ben and Mike. A roof inspection was completed and Mike informed me that the roof was still in good condition after 20 years. They suggested a biobased product called Roof Revyve Rejuvenation, which is a liquid membrane shingle application that would extend the roof life by 6 years. They also guaranteed me a 6 year warranty on the shingles. A few years from now, I will be replacing my entire roof and it will be with Alpine Roofing. Thank you for your professional services!

The tear-down crew and the installation crew were both incredibly fast and cleaned up after themselves completely. Customer service over the phone was great, and it was easy to schedule. I could not have asked for anything more. Professionalism at its best.

We met with three roofing companies across the Tri Cities area. All three were fairly close in price and quality of materials, but the amount of communication and detailed breakout of the bids from Alpine was the reason we chose them. They were great about listening to what we wanted, drafted up separate bids to make it as clear as possible, and maintained communication throughout the process. When it came time to schedule and coordinate, they kept us in the loop. Obtained the correct permits, coordinated delivery of a porta potty, and the roofing materials. We had an issue where they were supposed to start the roof replacement but it rained heavily on that day, we actually had 2 leaks, and Ben had a guy come out and tarp the area to help prevent damage. I know that is fairly standard, but it was a nice addition to know they would drop stuff and come help out in an emergency. On the day they started work, the team showed up, and were pretty much going 100 mph until the work was done. They replaced a split roof (pitched and flat) 3k sq ft roof in just two days from start to finish. Afterwards they coordinated the inspector, and we were finished. Absolutely great work, and it looks so much better in the new color.
