    • Do you offer warranties?
      We offer a variety of warranties to ensure your peace of mind. For new roof installations, we provide 5, 10, and 25-year workmanship warranties. Our TPO roofing comes with a 20-year warranty. For repairs, we offer 90-day labor and material repair warranties, along with 2-year extended repair warranties. Our commitment to quality means we stand by our work, providing reliable protection for your roofing investment.

  • Insurance Claim

    • Do you offer insurance claim assistance?
      Yes, we work with all insurance companies in Washington State and Idaho, providing comprehensive assistance throughout the insurance claim process to ensure our customers have a smooth and hassle-free experience.

  • Inspection

    • How soon can you get to my house for an inspection after I first get in contact with you?
      Our usual time for inspection after initial contact is between 24-48 business hours.
    • Does an inspection cost anything?
      No. There is no cost to for Alpine Roofing to inspect your roof.
    • Do you offer free inspections?
      YES! All of our first inspections are free!
    • How long does a roof inspection take?
      The inspection should take no longer than 15 minutes.
    • Do I need to be home during the inspection?
      No. Although we do prefer to show you the results of our inspection in person, it’s not required.

  • Financing

    • Do you offer financing?
      Yes, we have multiple financing partners. We offer 0% interest and No Payments for 12 months.

    • How long will you take to respond to my inquiry?
      We pride ourselves on having quick, 24/7 communication with our clients. You will always receive a same-day response!
    • Are there any hidden costs with your services?
      No. There are absolutely no hidden costs.
    • How long do projects take?
      Our residential roofing projects usually take only 1 – 2 days from start to finish – depending on the scope of the project! (larger homes may take longer).
    • How long have you been in business?
      Founded in May 2022, Alpine Roofing is a family-owned business created by two dedicated partners. By combining our shared vision with cutting-edge technology and advanced processes, we have built a juggernaut in the roofing industry.
    • Are you licensed and insured?

    • What manufacturers do you work with?
      We are affiliated with several top manufacturers and hold special certifications with them, including, CertainTeed Select ShingleMaster™ Certification, GAF Certified Pro Roofing Contractor and GAF Commercial Certification.
