A transferable warranty is worth real money at resale, since it passes to the buyer instead of expiring with you. If you expect to sell within the next decade, ask us to price Denali and Alpine Premium side by side so you can see what the longer transfer period costs.
Do you help with roof insurance claims in Spokane?
Yes. We document the damage with photos, meet your adjuster on site, and provide a line-item scope so nothing gets missed in the settlement. Most Spokane claims come from wind, hail, or a fallen tree.

It also costs you warranty coverage. CertainTeed’s 160 mph wind rating requires no roof-over, so an overlay caps what the finished roof can qualify for. We will quote an overlay if you want one, but we will show you what a full tear-off buys you first.
